The chicken sandwiches were delicious!! The veg burger is great too! Fries were disappointing though.

I’ve always wanted to try a burger form here and it didn’t disappoint. I orders from the kiosk (which I prefer) so personalising the burger is super easy! I would suggest the Parm topped fries. Plus the onion rings are cooked just enough to still have some bite. I had the Wagyu burger - great tasting! And the best part, they sell beer!

The floor was greasy... and I told the lady... who took my order . and she told me that she knew it but... she never came out to clean it... knowing that it was dangerous to walk

Hold your horses, fella! Put that double cheeseburger down and let it sit. That's the only way to let all that juicy soak into those perfectly plump patties. And believe me, it's got all the right juices in all the right places. I somehow managed to bite into a part of the burger that wasn't covered in bacon. The meat itself had a pleasing, nutty taste to it. The burger arrived neatly clothed in a paper pocket, giving it a somewhat distinguished look. I wasn't sure if I should shake it's hand or bite it (not the first time I've said that, ahem). Don't get me started on the toppings! The toppings were fresh and generous. It's rare to get a burger these days without shredded lettuce. For using an actual full leaf, God bless them. The pickles were exceptional too. How many times have you experienced overpickled or even worse, not pickled enough. But not here. These pickles were firm and thick, and that's all I'm gonna say about that. Naturally I did not get onions because onions are the devil. Really after the burger you don't need to know anything else about BurgerFi. The lines move generally fast and ordering takes all of three minutes if you can read. Help yourself to infinite fizzy options in the soda machine or drink beer. They'll give you a number and take your name so they can easily find and greet you like a new neighbor. The burger took under five minutes to prepare. My only complaint is the bread. It's somewhat inadequate when it comes to holding together all that deliciousness. It would have been nice to grip a bun (watch out now) that had a bit more absorbtion. It was cold out tonight and I could tell the double patties wanted a thick coat of carbs to keep it warm. So I ate it.

Great food. Great location. The burgers are excellent and made to order and quickly. Staff is friendly and makes sure everything was to your liking. Lots of options and sides. Great fun and great family location.

I love the food service from this brand/chain. Been loving it for years. Unfortunately not all locations were created the same. This location, even though is the closest to where I live. However for a long time they have been horrible and not living up to the brand standards. Recently they transferred Geneva the manager from one of the other locations and has since been impeccable for their service, food and cleanliness. I wish there were more managers like her whenever I visit a BurgerFi so I get the quality I pay for! But the food is amazing, top shelf quality.

Wonderful burger.. always friendly and fast service.. I most recently (2020) just ordered take out for my family and as usual a most wonderful experience. Thank you for always delivering great food and service!

The crew at your restaurant tonight should be on EVERY night!!!! My husband and I come here every Wednesday night for a cheap date night with the band. The crew who worked tonight knocked it out of the ball park!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was very friendly making us feel like VIPs. The service was fast and our order was handed to us with kindness. The gentleman running food to tables and keeping tables cleared and clean for new customers was amazing! Everyone greeted us with smiles and showed they cared. PLEASE keep this team on and we’ll never leave. The members on this team deserve a raise or bonus. They set the bar high for the rest of your employees to follow. THANK YOU for a great night!
